This may be an administration fee applied to your rental as we had to process a speeding/parking fine in your name. The actual fine will be sent to you via postal service in due course.
The admin fee is mandatory when a fine has been nominated in your name. This is outlined to you on the Rental Agreement, under section 6, that you signed when picking up the car.
