If you opted for standard refuelling when you rented the car, any fuel less than full will be charged plus a local refuelling charge. No compensation will be given for fuel charges if a customer has been upgraded to a larger vehicle.
If you have purchased 'Express Fuel', you have prepaid for the tank you received on collection. You can return empty as you have prepaid or if you return full, you will receive a full refund for the deposit. If the tank is returned less than full, no partial refunds are given.
If, on the off chance, you have received a car with less than a full tank of fuel, please take a photograph of the fuel gauge on collection of the vehicle. Please return the car at the same level as you received it.
