In order to report unrecorded damage on a vehicle, it must be reported via the Europcar Assistance Tool. This can be found by scanning the QR Code within the Europcar vehicle and selecting "Unrecorded Damage". It is very important that you notify us about unrecorded damages with 12 hours of the rental start time. If any unrecorded damage is identified, scan the code or follow the link to upload any photos relating to the damage.
